The GasGuard 450 Automatic Hazardous Gas System consists of two gas cabinets, two process gas panels, inert N2 purge gas panels, a single and a dual GG450 controller. We are using this equipment for silane (SiH4), 15% phosphine balance silane (PH3), and DCS/dichlorosilane (SiH2Cl2). GasGuard systems are designed and built for the safe storage and handling of high purity toxic, flammable, pyrophoric, corrosive, oxidizing, and reactive cylinder gasses. The systems have been designed in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC)
